A causa da nossa desgraça é que os políticos, os magistrados, a DGCI e outros fazem todas as patifarias que lhes apetece sem recearem qualquer tipo de consequencia. O estado não conhece limite á sua acção. Vivemos de facto em tirania.
A meu ver a ùnica maneira de salvar o país é adaptar a Portugal a actual Constituição Suiça.
Esta constituição, do país nº1 em Liberdade, Prosperidade e Independencia, tem uma serie de artigos que limitam o poder do estado sobre o cidadão.É esse o segredo do sucesso dos suiços.
Na Constituição Suiça está previsto:
a) A proibição do estado viver em défice (dívida) e portanto só pode gastar o que tem.
b)Os impostos têm intervalos delimitados na constituição. Estes só podem ser alterados com justificação, aprovada pelo povo em referendo. Esses aumentos têm tambem um prazo especificado de duração e um plano de acção.
c) Adesões a tratados internacionais, alterações e revisões da constituição têm que ser referendados.
d) Desde que um cidadão ou movimento consiga em tempo útil x numero de assinaturas, é realizado um referendo sobre uma lei já existente ou ainda apenas em projecto. Em caso de se encontrar ainda em projecto, este pode ser da autoria de um ou mais cidadãos.
e) A liberdade merece-se e tem que ser conservada. Para que a soberania esteja de facto no povo é necessário que a força de a impor esteja tambem no povo. Daí que o exército de milicia, constituido pelos homens aptos da Nação que dão umas semanas por ano ás forças armadas e que guardam consigo as suas armas militares, é absolutamente essencial como garante dessa mesma soberania. Nenhum ladrão (público ou privado) quer arriscar-se a roubar pessoas capazes de se auto-defender com assinalavel poder de fogo.
